Notification: Modification for Exchange Rate in Tariff for Cotton Export & Import in March, 2014

According to the People\\'s Bank of China, in February,19, 2014, the exchange rate for US dollar to RMB was USD 1 = RMB 6.1103 by the Bank of China.
According to this, the exchange rate of import and export tariff in March, 2014 will be changed to USD 1 = RMB 6.1103. Cotton and textile companies shall apply this new rate in tariff for the international business.
(NOTE: Exchange Rate in February, 2014 was USD 1 = RMB 6.1005)
